Following on from the success of the SL70, Honda introduced the XR75 KO in 1973 and it proved to be the most popular mini bike of the period. Available in just the one colour - Rubber Grey Metallic with red stripes - the Honda was virtually bullet-proof and could survive the worst punishment dished out by the rider. Powered by the same 72cc OHC single-cylinder engine and four-speed transmission with manual clutch, the XR75 remained in production until 1979, when it was replaced by the XR80.
