c1970 Open Hull Channel Racing Boat on Trailer

This British Channel Racer, christened "Elvira", was custom-built in hand-laid fibreglass with an alloy transom and engine well. The engine itself is an Evinrude 115hp running on standard two-stroke fuel and notable features include a foot throttle, hydrofoil and flat bottom with reverse chine. The boat is trimmed in red and grey marine velour and is equipped with a fuel tank lead rope, fire extinguisher, custom-made cover and even a pair of oars. The boat was serviced back in 2003 and has been stored under cover ever since. The boat is sold with registration to 1st July 2009 and a trailer that is currently unregistered.
