Founded by Alfred Scott in 1908, Scott motorcycles quickly established itself as a manufacturer of innovative, high quality motorcycles that proved winners on the track. With the debut of the Squirrel in 1922, the change from the two-speed to three-speed gearbox was made and new models, the super Squirrel and Flying Squirrel were introduced in 1925 and 1926 respectively. Today a Scott Motorcycle is a rare sight indeed, a reminder of the Golden age of Motorcycling.
