This very unique and well built little open wheeler is based on an off road buggy, and was originally powered by a 1600 VW engine. The vehicle was campaigned in open club hill climb events until the mid 80's. The vehicle then sat in storage for 20 years until it was rebuilt in 2002 to compete in hill climb and sprint events. The first event after the rebuild was the 2003 Morwell hill climb, it has also run in other Victorian and National events and has been a championship winner at both levels.
It was entered in this year's Rob Roy finishing 2nd to Bret Haywood the current Australian champion .
The vehicle is now eligible for an Historic log book and should continue to be a podium place getter in the right hands.
