Description

The International Harvester company had, by the mid 20th century, become a multi-faceted conglomerate that produced a range of agricultural products and working vehicles including buses, pickups and heavy duty trucks.
In 1957, which incidentally was International's 50th year of producing trucks, there was a wide range of sizes, cabin options and bodies to choose from. The A-130 series was powered by a torquey 240ci L-head six mated to a manual transmission. They have a reputation for being sturdy, adaptable workhorses and are still well-respected for their abilities amongst contemporaries.
